 Recipe List: Steps:

2 Cups of Fasolia(beans)
Water to cover (overnight)
1 Tbl Spoon of Olive Oil
1 Lemon
1 Tsp of Salt
1 Tsp of Cumin
1/2 Tsp of Chilli
2 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)

To Serve (see video):
Lebanese Bread
Sprinkle of chilli
Tahini Sauce (video coming soon)

Salad (video coming soon):
Onion Chopped
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Olive oil
Lemon

1) Soak Fasolia in water (enough to cover) overnight.

2) Drain the water.

3) Put the Fasolia into a saucepan with plenty of water.

4) Simmer for 4 hours!

5) Place Fasolia into a bowl then add remainder of ingredients. Mix well.
