 Recipe List: Steps:

1 can of chick peas
3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of Tahini
Squeeze of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 to half cup water depending on thickness

 

1) Put garlic cloves in blender until finally chopped
2) Add chick peas, Tahini, lemon and salt
3) Place in blender with garlic
4) Blend until smooth
If too thick keep adding a little water until you are happy with the thickness
